White Hen Pantry 2000 Trade Show

On this project, I was asked to develop a graphic feel based on a provided Space/Star Wars theme. White hen was not able to determine a budget until a full-blown concept (including layered 3-D signage, lighting and actors) was presented. Unfortunately, the budget was half of what we proposed, so we scaled back. Although the budget was significantly lower, I had originally figured on using vinyl graphics over the huge 24' banners (to offset the cost of the layered signage). This subtraction allowed me to use large format inkjetting which in turn let me compensate for the flatness with gradient meshes and vignettes in illustrator graphics. There were 12 pieces in all, including signage and printed show materials.

This project was a lot of fun and a great team effort from myself, the account executive and the client.
